Meet Dr. Lobat Meftah
Dr. Lobat Meftah is an American board-certified specialist in neurological physical therapy. Her specialty includes the rehabilitation of neurological disorders such as Parkinson's Disease, Concussion, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury and more. She is an Advanced vestibular physical therapist with expertise in treatment of vestibular disorders and balance issues. Her credentials include:

With over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, Dr. Meftah has the knowledge and experience of a vast array of physical therapy fields. However, she has dedicated most of her time after obtaining her board certification to neurological disorders with an emphasis on vestibular physical therapy.
As a researcher at the prestigious Northwestern University, she developed a passion for neurological physical therapy. She was involved in the development of state-of-the-art equipment for Northwestern University’s Locomotor Control and Rehabilitation Robotics Lab in Chicago, helping patients with balance and movement disorders. As a licensed physical therapist running her own clinic, Dr. Meftah helped patients achieve their goals of living a healthier and better life.
After getting married in 2014, Lobat moved to Oklahoma City to start her family. For several years she helped patients in OKC as a part of physical therapy Clinics that were not specialized.
She decided to start Next Level Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinic in 2023 to address the need for specialized Neurological Physical Therapy in Oklahoma City. Her goal is to help patients using state-of-the-art technology, joined with her knowledge, experience, and passion.
Lobat has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2011, a member of the Vestibular Disorder Association (VeDA), a member of the Academy of Neurological Physical Therapy ( ANPT), and active presenter at ANPT and has extensive up to date and ongoing education and training in the field of neurological rehabilitation, Vestibular Physical Therapy, Balance Therapy, and fall prevention..
